Job Summary
Assistant Manager role overseeing store operations with a required 5-week manager-training course, focusing on hiring and developing staff, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controlling labor/inventory/maintenance costs, assigning daily tasks tokeep the store clean, stocked, and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
