Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan with a 5-week manager-training course. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance and staff development metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; complying with banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Requires supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Position is full-time in Prescott, AZ with opportunities for advancement and base pay plus commission and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
