Job Summary
Assistant Manager with a 5-week manager-training program responsible for supervising store staff through interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; and delivering exceptional customer service. Requires at least 18 years old, one year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Base pay with commission and bonus opportunities; urgent hiring for full-time roles at Loveland, OH location.
