Job Summary
Assistant Manager role with a 5-week manager-training course; responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing employees, creating a positive environment for staff and customers, managing daily performance metrics, maximizing sales through analysis of daily sales data, meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, controlling labor, inventory and maintenance expenses, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Requires 18+ years old, 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods and lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
