Job Summary
Assistant Manager position with a 5-week manager-training course and performance metrics. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; ensuring a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping staff meet their metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize sales; complying with banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, 18+ yrs, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Starting pay $14.00/hour plus commission, with base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.
