Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan in Dallas West Village leads store staff, interviews and develops employees, creates a positive environment for employees and customers, analyzes daily sales to maximize performance, ensures banking/safety/operations compliance, controls labor/inventory/maintenance, assigns daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and delivers exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Required Qualifications
