Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan with an initial 5-week manager-training course and performance metrics. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet their metrics; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance; assigning, managing, and following up on daily tasks to maintain a clean, stocked, organized store; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Qualifications include age 18+, supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/bend/walk for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, and a HS diploma or equivalent.
