Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan location in Sugar Land, TX. Responsible for maintaining store staff through interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for staff and customers; meeting performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, and regulatory compliance; controlling expenses; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues. Includes a required 5-week manager-training course and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
