Job Summary
Assistant Manager position at Palm Beach Tan with urgent hiring. Responsibilities include supervising staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; completing a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling expenses such as labor, inventory, and maintenance; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. The role requires ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and reliable transportation. Starting pay is $14 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities, with potential for advancement.
