Job Summary
Assistant Manager role with a required 5-week manager-training course. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping staff meet their metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; and providing exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Qualifications include 18+ years old, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, ability to stand/bend/walk for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
