Assistant Manager (Urgently Hiring!)

Assistant Manager role with urgent hiring at Palm Beach Tan. Responsibilities include leading store staff through a 5-week manager-training course, interviewing and developing employees, fostering a positive environment for staff and customers, achieving performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controlling labor, inventory and maintenance costs, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Requires 18+ years old, supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, endurance for long periods of standing/walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
