Job Summary
Assistant Manager role in Palm Beach Tan environment overseeing store staff, hiring and developing employees, creating a positive and respectful environment for employees and customers, meeting performance metrics and helping employees meet their metrics, analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues, and completing a required 5-week manager-training course.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
