Job Summary
Assistant Manager role with 5-week manager-training, responsible for interviewing/hiring, developing staff, ensuring customer service excellence, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales, ensuring compliance with banking/safety/operations/legal requirements, controlling expenses, and assigning daily tasks to maintain a clean, stocked store. Includes base pay plus commission/bonus opportunities; starting pay $14/hour. Requires 18+, 1 year supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
