Job Summary
Assistant Manager role with urgent opening at Palm Beach Tan; responsible for staffing, interviewing, hiring, developing employees, maintaining a positive store environment, achieving self-performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking/safety/operations compliance, controlling labor/inventory/maintenance costs, coordinating daily tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical endurance (standing/walking for long periods, lifting 25 pounds), and a high school diploma or equivalent. Training includes a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
