Job Summary
Assistant Manager role responsible for supervising store staff, interviewing and hiring, and developing employees; deliver a positive, respectful environment for customers and employees; meet performance metrics and help staff meet their metrics; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; control expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance; assign and manage daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues; requires 18+, 1 year supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift 25 lbs, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
