Job Summary
Assist in managing store operations and staff: interview, hire, and develop employees; participate in a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics; create a positive environment for employees and customers; analyze daily sales information to maximize sales; meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; control expenses such as labor, inventory, and maintenance; assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues. Required Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
