Job Summary
Assistant Manager role with urgent opening at Palm Beach Tan. Responsible for supervising store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for staff and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet their metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Includes a mandatory 5-week manager-training course and opportunities for advancement; base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
