Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan with urgent hiring. Responsible for maintaining store staff through interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for staff and customers; meeting performance metrics and helping staff meet their metrics; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Requires a 5-week manager-training course and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; high school diploma or equivalent; ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 25 pounds; reliable transportation.
