Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for supervising store staff, hiring and developing employees, and maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers. Drives performance by meeting self-performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, and ensuring compliance with banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements. Oversees expense control (labor, inventory, and maintenance) and assigns daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, while delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues. Includes a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
