Job Summary
Assistant Manager position overseeing store operations with a required 5-week manager-training course. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues. Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, and physical capacity to stand, bend, walk long periods and lift up to 25 pounds; implies eligibility for advancement and training opportunities.
