Job Summary
Assistant Manager with supervisory experience responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; create a positive environment for employees and customers; meet self-performance metrics and help staff achieve theirs; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; control labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues; participate in a 5-week manager-training program; opportunities for advancement; base pay plus commission and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
