Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan — urgently hiring. This role oversees store operations including interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized; and providing exceptional customer service and issue resolution. Candidate will undergo a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and contribute to staff development and achievement of store targets. Strong supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, and reliable transportation are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
