Job Summary
Oversee store operations with a 5-week manager-training course, including interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; foster a positive environment for employees and customers; monitor performance metrics and coach team to meet them; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, and legal compliance; control labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
