Job Summary
Assistant Manager role with a 5-week manager-training course and performance metrics. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues.
Required Qualifications
- 16 Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
