Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for hiring and developing staff, maintaining a positive and respectful environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet theirs, analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales, meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving customer issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
