Job Summary
Assist store manager by participating in a 5-week manager-training course with defined performance metrics; hire, interview, and develop employees; foster a positive environment for staff and customers; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; control labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
