Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan (Stratford, CT) undergoing a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet theirs; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; complying with banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues.
