Job Summary
Oversee store operations and staff development. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for staff and customers; meeting performance metrics; maximizing sales through daily sales analysis; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues; and participating in a required 5-week manager-training course to improve performance and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
