Assistant Manager role with immediate openings at Palm Beach Tan stores. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; achieving self-performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Requires 18+ years old, 1 year supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, endurance to stand and lift up to 25 lbs, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
