Job Summary
Assistant Manager with at least 1 year of supervisory experience needed to lead store operations at Palm Beach Tan. You will participate in a 5-week manager-training course, hire and develop staff, create a positive environment for employees and customers, analyze daily sales to maximize revenue, ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, control labor and inventory, assign daily tasks, maintain a clean and organized store, and provide exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Strong leadership, motivation, and the ability to meet performance metrics are essential, along with reliable transportation and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
