Job Summary
Assistant Manager oversees staff through a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics; interviews, hires, and develops employees; creates a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; analyzes daily sales information to maximize sales; meets banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controls expenses (labor, inventory, and maintenance); assigns and follows up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provides exceptional customer service and resolves customer issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
