Job Summary
Assist and support the Management team in daily restaurant operations, oversee kitchen and dining areas in the absence of senior managers, drive high standards for top quality food, great customer service, and exceptional cleanliness, and lead through professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities include training Burger Masters on health and safety, ensuring food safety documentation, managing cashing up and financial records, upholding food hygiene standards, collaborating with the management team to achieve sales and cost targets, and maintaining operational discipline to deliver a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year minimum management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- ability to learn and train others in all aspects of operations
- strong organisational skills
- strong people skills
- good mathematic ability
- use of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel primarily)
