Job Summary
Evaluate and price inventory using proprietary buying software and manage stock through regular markdowns and merchandising. Lead a team of 18 to 25 people while running the boutique with passion and drive. This role requires the ability to drive and availability for occasional evenings and weekends. The position is open 10am to 8pm weekdays, 10am to 7pm Saturdays, and 10am to 5pm Sundays. Competitive pay includes sales bonus potential and an employee discount.
