Job Summary
Support the Community Manager with daily operations at Upper Post Flats, a 191-unit apartment community in Fort Snelling, MN. Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals while building strong resident relations and providing excellent customer service. Assist site personnel with training, direction, and motivation to establish positive relationships within the community. Be on-call as scheduled by management. Occasional evenings and weekends are required as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
- Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
- Yardi software experience preferred
