Assistant Manager - Up To 45K Including TRONC & Bonus

Assistant Manager at the White Horse (Castle Pubs, part of Mitchells & Butlers) supports the General Manager in day-to-day operations, leads and trains the team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentors individuals to reach their potential, and acts as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable. The role focuses on motivating the team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard, while modeling behavior that fosters a welcoming environment and drives guest satisfaction. Location is London, Fulham area (White Horse pub).
