Job Summary
Design high-impact social media visuals for LinkedIn and Instagram, develop campaign templates, and produce short-form videos including motion graphics and kinetic typography. Manage end-to-end video production workflows from storyboarding to editing, while creating reusable motion assets and exploring AI-assisted tools. Craft client-facing proposal decks, thought leadership publications, and internal communication materials to maintain consistent brand identity across all channels. Collaborate with content and leadership teams to translate narratives into engaging digital formats, adapting to platform algorithm changes and fast-paced priorities. Based in Mumbai to serve the US office, this role requires US time zone flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional design experience
- demonstrable portfolio in social media design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong command of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy
- Hands-on experience designing for LinkedIn and Instagram
- understanding of what performs well on each platform
- Familiarity with motion tools such as Adobe After Effects or similar for short-form animations
- Experience designing professional B2B or corporate
- Ability to produce clean, structured layouts for decks and long-form documents
- Familiarity with Powerpoint and design for decks, documents, and long-form publications
- Experience producing content optimized for LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- reels, explainer clips, and animated assets
- Should be ok to work as per US time, if needed
