Job Summary
Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture. Lead the retail team by planning, prioritizing, and championing change while providing consistent roleplay, coaching, and feedback to store associates. Assist with recruiting, networking, and maintaining an active bench of high-caliber candidates. Manage the store schedule, timecards, and payroll, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand directives. Enforce excellent client service through the use of client books, thank you cards, and event strategies to drive sales and build strong relationships. Demonstrate ethical conduct, deescalate situations, and adapt flexibly to change while maintaining Tumi University Training.
