Job Summary
Manage store operations by meeting sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, and client data capture while maintaining visual merchandising standards. Lead team development through coaching, roleplay, and quarterly goalsetting, and assist with recruiting to build bench strength. Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, timecards, and payroll compliance, while de-escalating client situations and enforcing brand ethics. Ensure all associates adhere to Tumi University training and company policies to deliver a consistent luxury client experience.
