Job Summary
Manage store operations and drive sales by meeting individual and store baseline goals for personal sales, conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture. Lead team development through consistent roleplay, coaching, and quarterly goalsetting while assisting with recruiting to maintain bench strength. Ensure visual merchandising compliance and enforce excellent client service by utilizing client books and executing event strategies. Assist with schedule management, timecards, and payroll adherence to all company policies. Demonstrate strategic thinking, ethical conduct, and the ability to deescalate situations while collaborating effectively with the Store Manager.
