Job Summary
Oversee the relief or night shift team to ensure QT Standards of Store Operations are met, covering customer relations, merchandising, store appearance, business operations, and employee support. Maintain store compliance with Policies & Procedures and Training Guides while managing a 46-hour schedule with shifts ranging from 2:00p to 11p or 10p to 7a. Requires a high school graduate or GED, retail sales experience, and strong communication skills to handle difficult situations independently. This role supports QuikTrip's mission to provide quality service and products to local communities.
