Job Summary
Assist in managing the Tropical Smoothie Cafe's café operations by monitoring sales growth and costs to meet profit goals, maintain sanitation and professional branding, and execute marketing and sales programs. Build brand loyalty by exceeding customer expectations, cultivate relationships with the local business community for store marketing, and recruit, train, and develop employees while driving operational excellence across front and back of house. Strong focus on managing cost of goods, labor, and understanding P&L/budgets, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-casual restaurant environment and delivering unparalleled hospitality within a tropical-inspired brand.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field
- Experience recruiting, hiring & developing employees
- Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house & back of the house
- Must have a proven track record of managing cost of goods & labor
- Strong skills in understanding P&L reports & budgets
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Effective verbal & written communication skills
