Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including hiring, training, and coaching crew members to deliver unparalleled hospitality. Manage vendor ordering, inventory control, and cost management for labor and food expenses. Ensure all smoothies and food meet high-quality specifications and standards while maintaining a pleasant customer environment. Prepare for potential growth into a General Manager role within the local Tropical Smoothie Cafe family.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience at the level of Assistant Manager or greater
- Ability to hire, train, and coach crew members and develop future leaders of our Tropical Smoothie family
- Experience with ordering from vendors, receiving orders and inventory control
- Knowledge of labor, food cost and other cost management for operation
- Ability to oversee day to day operations of a restaurant
- Deliver 'Unparalleled Hospitality' that ensures the customer is completely satisfied with the experience
- Maintain a restaurant that ensures that our customers have a pleasant visit
- Preparing smoothies and food that meets our specifications and high-quality standards in a timely manner
Desired Qualifications
- Manager ServSafe Certification or similar
- Experience in the food service industry
