Assistant Manager, Triangle Town Center

As a Sales Lead for LOFT at Triangle Town Center, you’ll be a key team member who models excellent customer experiences and supports associates. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions, step in as manager when needed, onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience through coaching, feedback, and utilization of available tools. The role emphasizes delivering personalized customer experiences, building relationships, and contributing to a customer-focused, inclusive store environment with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
