Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at StorageMart supports the Store Manager in daily operations, sales goals, and business growth. Provides friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email; opens/closes the office and performs light property maintenance and cleaning; assists customers with rentals, account setup, payments, and general inquiries; manages account records, billing, and collections; occasionally supports nearby store locations to maintain company standards. Evidence of strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational skills, basic computer skills, and ability to perform light maintenance and some outdoor work is expected.
