Job Summary
Conduct active participation in Financial Due Diligence projects for acquisitions and divestitures on both buy and sell sides. Support vendor assistance projects by analyzing and modeling business plans while independently analyzing financial data to identify key drivers. Create FDD reports, financial factbooks, and other transaction-relevant documents. Assume partial project responsibility and actively support project leadership in coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Participate in client meetings including preparation and follow-up while maintaining ongoing communication with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (Bachelor/Master), idealerweise mit finanzwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
- 3 bis 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence, vorzugsweise bei einer renommierten WP-Gesellschaft oder Corporate Finance Beratung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein exzellenter Umgang mit MS Excel und PowerPoint
- Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Motivation, professionelles Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Standort Düsseldorf oder Frankfurt am Main
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Betreuung von Workstreams oder Teilprojekten von Vorteil
