Job Summary
Lead the preparation of Financial Due Diligence and Vendor Due Diligence reports, evaluating quality of earnings and analyzing net working capital trends. Critically assess target forecasts to highlight risks and opportunities while engaging in client meetings as the primary contact for day-to-day execution. Support buy-side and sell-side assignments by collaborating with corporate finance and debt advisory specialists across the Interpath network. Mentor analysts and associates to foster a collaborative learning environment while strengthening client relationships. Based in London, this role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience in audit or financial services.

- 3–5 years' experience in Audit, Financial Services, or another related field
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
