Job Summary
Oversee a million-dollar business by collaborating with store management to develop strategy, manage operations, and drive market share through sales to commercial users including contractors and purchasing agents. Lead the development of current employees into Store Management roles through an accelerated 6-8-week training program covering customer service, finance, and internal strategy. Work a 44-hour weekly schedule that may include evenings and weekends, with performance-based bonuses and eligibility for comprehensive health and retirement benefits.
