Job Summary
The Part-time Assistant Manager gains knowledge and experience required for promotion to higher management positions by performing duties such as customer sales and service, merchandising, and enforcing company policies. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, setting promotional signage, training newly hired associates, directing sales staff, and managing inventory control. Candidates should have a strong customer service background, effective communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess High School diploma, GED, High School Equivalency, certificated equivalent and/or relevant experience
- Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
- Must possess effective and demonstrable interactive and communicative skills
