Assistant Manager Trainee- Part Time

Deliver excellent customer service by answering inquiries, recommending products, and assisting shoppers throughout the store. Manage daily operations by setting promotional signage, maintaining a clean and fully stocked sales floor, and receiving merchandise shipments. Enforce company policies regarding inventory control and loss prevention while directing sales and cashier associates. Train newly hired associates and assist with store opening and closing procedures. This entry-level, part-time role lasts 6-18 months before promotion to higher management positions under a defined training program. Candidates must be 21 years or older with strong communication skills and a high school diploma or equivalent.
