Assistant Manager Trainee- Part Time

Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, and recommend products to drive sales. Manage store operations by setting promotional signage, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, fully stocked sales floor. Perform inventory control, enforce loss prevention policies, and receive merchandise shipments. Assist with opening and closing procedures, train new associates, and direct sales and cashier staff. This entry-level, part-time role lasts 6-18 months before promotion, offering a fast-paced environment with a defined training program.
